1) Place WOW Straps behind the bar
2) Reach over bar and grab straps
3) Flip WOW Straps over towards middle of the bar
4) Put hands through loops and grab tail of WOW Straps
5) RATCHET DOWN and LOCK IN.
*** Important side note, you do not need to wrap the entire strap around the bar***
